Cancel Google Play renewal first

Deleting your Hearthly account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel future renewal in Google Play before deleting the account.

Manage Google Play subscription

If a payment is pending or you cannot cancel the subscription, contact Hearthly support before deleting the account.

What we delete

Account data is deleted or queued for deletion when the request is confirmed. The process is completed within 30 days and includes:

  • Your login account, profile, photos and verification data
  • Questionnaire answers, preferences, saved locations and location data
  • Matches, conversations, messages and game activity
  • Device tokens, blocks, reports and other account-linked activity
  • The link between your Hearthly account and any Google Play purchase record

Limited Google Play record

If you bought Premium through Google Play, a narrow purchase record may remain after account deletion:

  • A one-way hash of the Google Play purchase token, not the raw token
  • The Google Play order reference
  • Product and subscription state, expiry, renewal, cancellation, refund and provider-action history

Why this remains

The record is used only to prevent an old purchase being attached to another account, stop or refund a late renewal, resolve refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting duties.

It does not contain your profile, photos, messages, raw purchase token, card number or bank-account details.

Retention window

The limited Google Play record may be kept until five years after the end of the financial year in which the transaction was recorded. It is then deleted unless an unresolved legal claim or binding legal duty requires longer retention.

After the request

Deletion is permanent. We send confirmation when a support request has been handled; self-service deletion is confirmed in Hearthly. You will need to create a new account if you return later.
