Report from Within the App
The fastest way to report someone is directly from the app:
- 1.Open the profile of the person you want to report
- 2.Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right
- 3.Select "Report User"
- 4.Choose a reason and provide any additional details
What You Can Report
Harassment or Abuse
- •Threatening messages
- •Unwanted sexual content
- •Bullying or intimidation
Fake or Misleading Profiles
- •Photos that aren't them
- •Catfishing
- •Impersonation
Scams or Fraud
- •Requests for money
- •Suspicious links
- •Investment schemes
Illegal Activity
- •Drug solicitation
- •Underage users
- •Criminal behavior
Report via Email
If you can't report through the app, or need to provide detailed information:
- •Your username
- •Username of the person you're reporting
- •Description of what happened
- •Screenshots if available
What Happens Next?
- 1.Reports are assessed according to severity and the information available
- 2.We investigate the reported account
- 3.We take appropriate action (warning, suspension, or ban)
- 4.We may follow up with you if we need more information
