Hearthly is a dating and friendship app where other people cannot browse your profile. Choose a mode, finish your profile, and start searching whenever you want.

There are no profiles to swipe through. Your answers, preferences, and boundaries are used to estimate alignment and explain why two people were introduced.

Creating an account and using the currently available core features is free. Purchases and Premium are paused while the payment system is being updated.

Once your profile is ready, choose a mode and start the search yourself. Hearthly compares answers, preferences, and boundaries with others searching in the same mode. Both people have to say yes to an introduction before chat opens.

Love Mode is for romantic connections, Friend Mode is for platonic friendships. Each has its own matching pool so intentions are always clear.

Your answers give Hearthly a basis for comparing values, lifestyle, boundaries, and what each person is looking for. They are used to estimate alignment, not to decide what an introduction will become.

The core questionnaire is completed during registration and cannot currently be retaken. Preferences, boundaries, and profile information can be updated later.

Other members cannot browse your profile. Hearthly uses secure sign-in, access controls, and encrypted transfer. The privacy notice explains which data is used, why, and which providers are involved.

Use the three-dot menu in chat to submit a report. Include enough information for the issue to be investigated.

Yes. Use the three-dot menu in chat to block someone. A blocked member cannot contact you.

Chat opens after both people say yes to the introduction.

Messages are not visible to other members. Hearthly may process or access content when needed to provide the service, handle reports, or support safety. See the privacy notice for details.

Use the Delete or freeze account page. The privacy notice explains what is deleted, how long deletion can take, and which information may need to be retained.

Yes. Use the Delete or freeze account page to freeze your account and reopen it later.

You can change your password in Settings. Changing your email address is not currently available in the app; contact support if you need help.
