Why I Built Hearthly
I'm Even, and I build Hearthly in Norway. The idea came from wanting to make something other than another dating app where everything begins with a photo and a swipe.
You can have an easy, flirty chat and still discover much later that you want very different things. Hearthly uses answers about personality, everyday life, and future plans to give you more to go on before you meet.
That became separate modes for dating and friendship, a detailed questionnaire, and QR matching for people who have already met.
Hearthly makes the introduction. What it becomes is up to both of you.
