The buyer is the person who places the order and accepts these terms of sale at the time of purchase.

2. Products and Services

Hearthly offers the following digital services and products:

  • Premium Subscription: Monthly subscription with expanded features including unlimited matches, advanced filters, and priority visibility.
  • Verification Badge: One-time purchase to verify your profile and increase trust.
  • Credits: Virtual credits that can be used for special features in the app.

3. Payment

We accept payment via Vipps, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment is charged when you confirm your purchase. For subscriptions, the amount is automatically charged at renewal.

Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase, including all applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

All our products are digital services delivered immediately after confirmed payment.

Access to purchased services is automatically activated on your Hearthly account within seconds of completed payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services.

For digital content delivered immediately: By completing the purchase, you consent to delivery starting immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service is activated.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before the service is used, contact us at support@hearthly.net within 14 days of the purchase date.

6. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are digital services, physical returns do not apply. Refunds are evaluated individually based on withdrawal rights and whether the service has been used.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Complaints

If you experience errors or defects with the service, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be made as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

We respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes are governed by Norwegian law.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Authority or bring the case to the Consumer Council.

9. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew at the expiration date unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. You may cancel before the price change takes effect.
