How renewal and cancellation work for Hearthly Premium.

Hearthly is not currently creating paid Premium subscriptions. The information below applies from the day payments open.
Monthly Premium
Premium costs NOK 199 per month and renews automatically each month. There is no commitment beyond the month already paid for and no trial period.
How to cancel
You will be able to stop future renewals at any time:
- 1Open Settings and select Premium in your Hearthly account.
- 2Choose the option to manage or cancel the subscription.
- 3Confirm the cancellation. You will see the date your Premium access ends.
We will not open subscription sales until straightforward self-service cancellation is available. If the control cannot be used, contact support from the email address on your account.
After cancellation
There are no further charges. Premium remains available until the end of the month already paid for, and cancelling Premium does not delete your Hearthly account.
